STVRT Return Policy
At STVRT, every piece is designed with intention and created in small batches. Because of the scale of our business, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, we want you to love what you wear—so we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
Eligibility
To receive store credit, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of stains, scents, and damage

Returned with tags attached (if applicable)

Sent back within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days from purchase for in-person orders)
- Return shipping to be paid for by customer.
Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Return Process

Email us at stvrtco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll review your request and provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
Because our items are produced in small runs and may sell out, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size please reach out at stvrtco@gmail.com and we can initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days and we’ll make it right!
